Why is x to the power of 0 equal to 1?
This is a short one... We know $x^0 = 1$, but why is that? Since $x^a x^b = x^{a+b}$ holds, $x^0=x^{-1} x^1 = \frac{x}{x} =1$. Thus, $x^0 = 1$. 20220922
